Highway 1 Images will have images from mostly around Northern California since that is where I live. I do get out of the area once in while though and will have some photos from those travels too.

I’ll be posting color and black and white images. I prefer B&W but not every image lends itself to that style and, like my wife, a lot of folks just prefer color.

I shoot digital and print to an Epson 2400 using the Epson K3 Archival Pigment ink. I started out about eight years ago with a point and shoot camera and then moved up to a Nikon D100. My current camera is a Nikon D200 and various lenses. I’m lusting after the new D300 so will have to save my nickels and dimes.

If you’re interested in purchasing a print I’d be glad to work with you to get you exactly what you want. I can print on paper as large as 13 x 19 inches. The print will look much better than what can be reproduced on this site. The web site just can’t match the detail and colors you’ll see from a print.
